Becca: Finished Burned and thought that it was very good, very suprising, also unsuspecting at times. I thought that her parents were too strict on her, because she would go to school for a half day, then have to come home and take care of her siblings. Aunt and Father are very differrent from eachother, because her aunt is more open minded, and free to things in the world as for her dad is abusive, and over protective, it also seems like her has some issues on his mind. Being that from his previous wife his oldest son went to war and was killed, and his other son was gay, since then he's been wanting another son. When he gets one he dissowns his oldest daughter for betraying him.

Macy: Crank: This girl called Bree, goes to her dad's house for three weeks, and meets a guy named Adam a love intrest of hers. She does things to fit in and to get notice by him, like smokes ciggaretts to fit in, and does a drug called Crank, to get high off of. She is normally a quiet all to herself girl, but since she satrted doing the drugs her personality, and how she acts changes. She isnt quiet anymore, she acts recklessly and does stuff she normally wouldnt do. She goes to more parites, does other drugs like extacy, and gets raped by a older boy she met at a amusment park. I thought that Crank was a very good book, I thought it would have been a different book, but instead it caught my attention, it was unsuspecting at times, mind boggoling, it hard for me to put the book down, but it wasnt really supring to me though. Parents split up, she lives with a broken family and lives with her mom. Her dad does Crank as well, and bowls all the time he also works there. Dad lets her do whatever she wants, and her mom is a witch, she is strict.

Kylee: I finsihed Burned as well, it was very good, mind capturing, unsuspecting at times, but still saw some things coming, very powerful writing as well, tragic, and devistating. I also believe that her parents are too stirct on her atimes, and her aunt and father are very different from eachother. Her aunt lets her experience things when Paytten goes to stay with her, she gets to learn how to drive, experience love, and sex for the first time in her life she felt free, alive, wanted and important in her life.After her first boyfriend that ended in heart break she thought she would never be loved again, or could trust any guy again for that matter, her doubts on life began to grow on her. Until when she stays with her aunt she meets this amazing, sweet, and caring guy who with the deepest passion loves her from the depths of his heart. Her parents didnt give her much confidence in her life as well, they wouldnt be open minded with her they would keep secrets from her. Her newfound love was more protective of her than anything her would do anything for her and to be with her, but sadly it end in a devistating, tragical heart break.
